Let's talk about gratitude! As a health coach, one of the first things I encourage my new clients to do is to start a gratitude practice. Ice cream is one of my favorite things, especially once the weather starts to warm up. I also have an emotional connection with it. For me, it reminds me of a simpler time. Growing up in New England, getting ice cream after dinner in the summertime was a rite of passage. Even as I think about it now, I am teleported back to New Hampshire in the middle of July. I can almost taste that chocolate chip cookie dough with rainbow sprinkles from Golden Rod!

However, it didn’t get better, it got worse.
