One-On-One coaching
One-on-one coaching sessions are all about you!
We will begin with an in-depth free one-hour consultation where you will discuss your health and wellness leading up to this point in your life. This conversation is not ONLY about your health and nutrition, but we will also touch on career, family, friends, spirituality, physical movement, relationships, creativity, and self-care. All of these things can play a pivotal role in your overall health.
what to expect
After our consult, I will better understand how much time you'll need to achieve your goals. Some individuals need six months, and some individuals may only need one or three months. I will suggest a program that I feel is best suited for you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach here!
We will meet bi-weekly for one hour (unless we do the one-month intensive package, then we meet every week). The time in between our sessions is when you'll be doing the heavy lifting. I will provide you with whatever resources I see fit and suggestions, and often homework in my follow-up email. In between those sessions, I will be available to you during regular business hours to support you. Sometimes this is an email or quick text exchange, or sometimes we might hop on a phone call to talk some things out.
As your health coach, I become your biggest cheerleader, and nothing makes me happier than empowering you to transform areas of your life.
