The program is only a SEVEN-day commitment! There will be a "Day 0," which is what I call a prep day. This day will be when you choose to go to the grocery store and prep some food for the upcoming week. You'll also want to remove any foods from your kitchen that you might feel triggered to eat during this time.
The Reset is a do at your pace program, meaning YOU PICK THE START DATE that works best for you and your schedule!
You'll set a goal or intention at the beginning of our program, so whether you've been trying to get into a workout routine, start that meditation practice, or work on updating your resume, this will be a great time to set and achieve those goals.
Because you have a meal plan, you won't have to think much about what you're going to prepare for the week; all the information is available for you.
