Many of us have been thrown off our game lately - present company included. Since a global pandemic hit us back in March, things have been a little crazy. Maybe we’ve lost our job, or maybe we’ve gained a job by suddenly becoming parents AND teachers. Perhaps we’ve been cooped up for so long that some bad habits started to develop, or maybe you’re lacking motivation to move your body.
Where ever you find yourself in all of this, a healthy reset could do you good!
That’s why I’ve created this PAY WHAT YOU CAN 7-Day Healthy Reset Program. Let's all take a week to get back on track and hit the old reset button.
What do I get with the program:
A welcome kit in your email containing everything you need to start the program.
TWO seven day meal plans (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks); one vegan, and one with meat. Complete with a shopping list to take to the store with you.
Access to an online FACEBOOK community of other individuals who will be doing the same program with you. This is great for added support and accountability.
You get ME, a certified health coach, for seven days. I’ll provide you with all the support, love and encouragement you need.
Every day you will receive content on various wellness subjects to take your reset to the next level. This reset isn't only about the food you eat, we will also dive into your emotional and spiritual health.

What level of commitment can I expect to give?
The program is only a SEVEN day commitment! There will be a “Day 0” which is what I call a prep day. This will be the day you choose to go to the grocery store and prep some food for the upcoming week. You’ll also want to remove any foods from your kitchen that you might feel triggered to eat during this time.
You’ll set a goal or intention at the beginning of our program, so whether you’ve been trying to get into a workout routine, start that meditation practice, or work on updating your resume, this will be a great time to set and achieve those goals.
Because you have a meal plan you won’t have to think much about what you’re going to prepare for the week, everything is laid out for you.

You can choose to pay as little as $35 and from there, the price increases in $5 increments up to $60.
