You can even have certain fruits like green-tipped bananas, green apples, plantains, and grapefruit.

Hi! I'm Lindsey, and I'll be your fearless leader during this 21 Day Sugar Elimination Challenge!

I am a Health Coach who helps individuals overcome their sugar addictions. You feeling your absolute best is my number one priority! I love showing people that eliminating sugar out of their diet does not mean deprivation or that you have to eat bland and tasteless food!

I actually found my path to health coaching when I begrudgingly agreed to do a Sugar Detox with my best friend back in 2016. I got so much out of the 21 days, such as weight loss, less inflammation and less pain in my body, more energy, clearer skin, and an entirely new career path because ultimately led me to enroll in school to get my certification.
